[ILQSO] 2008 results posted

What happened to the certificates for the single-county portables?  Due to
my illness, I had to stay closer to home & could not put out the effort I
should have, but still I was wondering if by some miracle I made the top 3.

I see there was no SSB activity from Hardin County.  Hopefully, we will be
able to go back to Cave-In-Rock State Park next year & fix that.
