[ILQSO] LOTW

Would it make any sense for a mobile to put his ILQP log into LOTW? Since most of the people wanting an ILQP QSL are after counties, that means the mobile has to enter a log for EACH county (as well as set up a LOTW identity for each). This could be up to 20 counties (and los) eery year. And I don't think there's an easy  way to do this..... or did I read it wrong?

I use LOTW but have uploaded NO mobile logs (thousands of QSOs) because of the separate county issue.
