[ILQSO] ILQSO Digest, Vol 55, Issue 15

At this point, the map is only getting updated about once a week and it was
just updated on the 28th. All updates received since then will be on the
next update. The updates will probably stay at once a week until we get a
bit closer to the event and then it will be on a  as needed basis.

That being said, I did send a new map to the webmaster this morning (only 3
days since the last update) and it will be uploaded when he gets to it.

I just checked and it doesn't have N9FN as portable in CHAM/DOUG/EDGR/VERM
listed.
