The "only" Ohio QSO Party information is at http://www.ohqp.org.

There was a dispute between at least one of the organizers and the Mad 
River Radio Club, which eventually got resolved (or will eventually get 
resolved).  Anyway look for the rules at the above site.

I'm in Michigan - my wife had surgery this week, or I'd probably be in 
Williams county with the W8BD group.
