I am tentatively planning on my same, low-key, usual five-county NW Illinois rover jaunt:  Winnebago, Ogle, Carroll, Stephenson, Jo Daviess.

This means I can usually activate Jo Daviess on 20 and 40m CW typically from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. local CST.
