Dave,

Good advice from Peggy. Amen to everything she said. In Indiana we limit
county-line QSO's to 2 counties to match the MARAC rules since we are on the
same weekend.

In Indiana we have a problem with our date. It is also the New England QP,
the 7th Area QP, & the MARAC contest. We have discussed moving to a
different date. There are pros & cons for both moving and for staying put,
so we are still debating. It will still be the 1st Saturday in May this
year.

Our QSO party is 12 hours. ND had their 1st one this year & it was 8 hours.

Biggest challenge is getting plenty of in-state stations on & operating.

The web site for the INQP is http://www.hdxcc.org/inqp/index.html. Check it
out.

I like the sites that have the rules in PDF format for easy downloading &
printing. Also, printable activity maps & county abbreviation lists are a
plus. I really like the combined map & county list on the Oklahoma QP web
site.
