[ILQSO] Almost there

As of tonight we have almost all the counties spoke for by at least one 
station, although some of them will be mobile only and many will be 
mobile CW only.

Will is the only county still not spoken for, but I am sure with several 
weeks to go, someone will step up to the plate. We still can use a lot 
of activity from many counties. I am sure those that are the only 
scheduled operations would like to be able to work their own county if 
possible.

As soon as the latest activity map and list are uploaded to the web 
site, I will post the links.
