I think 146.55 has been the preferred frequency, with 146.49 as backup
if .55 is busy.  There has been a lot of interest in 2 M FM simplex in
northern IL and surrounding areas of late, so this might be a source of
quite a few points!  (Not for K9DUR in Hardin, necessarily :) ).  I will
try to have half an ear on 146.55 as we travel. 73, Jim N9JF
