[ILQSO] 2008 planned operations

Don, you guys have had good experience in putting on operations at that
county line, so there are probably several who could spearhead
operations at various locations.  I have scouted a few county corners
and might provide some suggestions or at least guidelines.

Jim,
The Sangamon Valley Radio Club has not made definite plans for the 
ILQP, but it is extremely likely that one or more stations will be on 
the air from our usual spot at Lake Sangchris. We should have mostly 
SSB, with a little CW going from Christian and Sangamon Counties.

There is some possibility that we might get another county or 2 covered 
by SVRC members if it looks like some of the surrounding counties will 
otherwise be quiet.
