[ILQSO] CW speeds.

It has been my experiance that when a station answers you, their first contact in answering you, is the relative speed that the QSO should happen! Unless they are faster than you in the reply to your CQ. Then you may wish to tell them to slow down " QRS"! This is the way I have always done CW QSO's, and  I was taught that way! Does not matter if it was a contest or what.
