[ILQSO] List of logs received

The first list of 2008 ILQP logs received has been added to the ILQP page on
the W9AWE web site.  This first pass of the list contains the list of
electronic logs received as of Thursday evening.  Logs received by US Mail
have not yet been included.  This list will be updated regularly and the
next update will include any logs received my mail.
