[ILQSO] logs, etc

Keep the logs coming.  I'm trying to send a confirmation message to
each, but it is NOT "automated"; they are going to my home e-mail, Melba
forwards them to me, I then send the confirmation.   Not "slick" but
hopefully effective.  Keep sending them to n9jf at arrl.net. 

I'll post some general comments in a day or two.  Just too busy right
now.
