[ILQSO] Write Log and Multpliers

The contest is rescored when the Cabrillo file is created. I would guess the
Cabrillo file was the one with the additional mult. I agree with Chuck, The
Cabrillo is file is probably correct.
I used Writelog the previous 3 or 4 years and my score never matched what
N9JF calculated (Writelog calculated a bit lower than what I got credit for,
but I never did dig into why. I used N1MM this year, we'll see how it
scored.

Mike, I think the cabrillo output has it scored correctly. I know it adds
the 5 DX mults the right way in the cabrillo, but, not the score pad while
the program is running.

stations?? Looks like the program scores Illinois to Illinois contacts for
the county just fine but you never get a multiplier for Illinois. At least
that is what I found when verifying multipliers.
