[ILQSO] NA9Q ILQP raw score

All,

Without any verifying (and I think there are a couple of errors in mults)
the NA9Q results are as follows:

SSB QSO's 301

CW QSO's   0

Mults:     94

Score:  28,294

I need to go through and verify the multipliers as the multiplyer map and
the score don't agree in Write Log.
