Anyone that worked K9L can get the special event certificate by sending a QSL card and $1.00 to AB9DU (no envelope required). I did not spend a lot of time spreading the details while I was doing the ILQP but a certificate is available for those that want one. Danny NG9R (K9L during the ILQP)
