The N3FJP logging progrmame works well for ILQP - though it probably doesn't
recognize a "rover" category - you'd set it for mobile, I suppose if you're
going to be a "rover".

I used it for the 2006 and 2007 ILQP at four county lines. You do have to
enter a contact multiple times in you contact another multi county
operation, but, that's a small inconvenience.

It scored my effort correctly, except I screwed up on a few busted contacts.

N3FJP's s/w isn't free, but for $6.95 or so, it's a bargain.

I don't know of any logging program that scores ILQP correctly and almost
any logging program will show working the same station more than once on the
same band/mode a dupe unless you add /m or /p after the call. I also have
not found a logging program where this doesn't work.

The only logging program I have used that allows for this is Writelog and
our log checker says it is one of the worst to covert the output into Excel

Using Excel to log is very simple, but dupe checking is manual and it does
no scoring. A couple of years back, N9PCS created a Microsoft Access module
that seemed to work pretty well, but I never kept a copy of it. I know it
allowed for multiple counties on a single entry, but I am not sure if it
scored correctly or not.
