[ILQSO] N1MM logger

I would have to go back to last year's logs to verify this. I'd rather take the next two hours before church and finish setting up the station for K9L.....

As I said, the scoring, while interesting, is not critical, since we take care of that in the final analysis.

I have never used Writelog, or N1MM, or N3FJP, or GenLog. I get logs from all of them and can deal with them. Use whatever you have that is least irritating real-time.

YMMV. VWTLOP. 73, Jim N9JF

One word.. WRITELOG!!!

It has 4 fields you enter up to a 4-county line on, all in one keystroke. And it scores everything, as far as I can see, correctly. Jim, can you verify this?  I'm pretty sure it takes all county line QSO's, the 5 DX mults, and scores everything right on target.

Yeah, but where most loggers choke is if you have a county line/county line contact, with let's say two 3-county stations, that counts as 9 points, right? Well, the loggers are going to see 3 of those contacts as dupes, even though they technically aren't.

The only way scott could fix the N3FJP logger was to disable part or all of the dupe checking. So the logs work, but it still won't do the Cabrillo properly.

Can't you log, e.g., KN9T/MSHL, KN9T/WOOD, and KN9T/STAR on as separate
entries?  That's what one has to do with TrLog, and it's not a big deal.

Yeah I just remembered N1MM's inability to log more than 1 county at
once
for the portables/rovers.  However, I will either have to deal with it
or
just whip something up in excel.

I like N3FJP's Software...his QSO Party logger works well. The only
'hitch', if you want to cal lit that, is if you are a county line/corner

station, working another county line/corner station. He did fix it so
you can log it, but you won't be able to write a Cabrillo file- you'll
have to export to Excel and send it that way. No prob for me- we'll only

be in one county this year anyway...
