[ILQSO] N1MM logger

Yeah I just remembered N1MM's inability to log more than 1 county at once
for the portables/rovers.  However, I will either have to deal with it or
just whip something up in excel.

I like N3FJP's Software...his QSO Party logger works well. The only 
'hitch', if you want to cal lit that, is if you are a county line/corner 
station, working another county line/corner station. He did fix it so 
you can log it, but you won't be able to write a Cabrillo file- you'll 
have to export to Excel and send it that way. No prob for me- we'll only 
be in one county this year anyway...
