Hi all:

OK...looks like we will be in the Plainfield area- probably behind the 
Village Hall if we are lucky (or somewhere else if we're not :-) ). We 
will be running both SSB and Digital, so PSK'ers look for us around 
3.583, 7.073, or 14.070. We will also monitor VHF for any simplex FM 
stations that might be within our range (we'll monitor whatever the 
recommended freq. was (146.49?) W9MSE, stop by if you come by our neck 
of the woods- we'll have a cold drink (or coffee) ready for ya!

We should have up a dipole running either as flat-top or inverted V as 
needed. Also if we have the trees may play with a loop or long-wire. 
Also will have a Perth Outbacker as a secondary antenna...I have had 
OUTSTANDING performance with it working portable HF on the road.

We'll be operating from the Fox River ARC chapter's Comm Trailer, 
TS-2000 on SSB, TS-450 for PSK. This will be my first ILQP with HF 
capabilities, and Matt's first contest, period! Look forward to working 
you all!
