[ILQSO] reminder

A reminder that the Scout Jamboree on the Air is again scheduled for
this weekend, and the suggested frequencies are very similar to those
for ILQP.  Let's conduct ourselves so as to present a favorable image of
ham radio to this group!

Be extra careful to check for clear frequencies before CQing.

If calling or called by JOTA stations, take an extra minute or two to
thank them for the contact and perhaps "light a fire for ham radio" for
a young person.
