[ILQSO] Digital Operations

It has been very hard to get any digital activity on the ILQP so far,
but there are a number of potential contacts to be made by those that do
nothing but digital and may introduce some new activity.

You are right Chuck, making a few QSO's on digital modes will not make
up the points missed by not using CW, but if one does not do any CW,
they are points that would not have been made otherwise. I agree that
anyone that does both SSB and CW will probably be too busy to try
digital modes and there is a lot more activity on CW chasing the mobiles
from county to county.
