[ILQSO] Digital Operations

I intend to try digital although I will not be using my own equipment, 
so I can't say for sure I'll have a working interface yet. I intend to 
try PSK and maybe RTTY, if things get slow.

I also plan on calling on 50.130 SSB and 144.210 SSB every once in a while.
