[ILQSO] Planned Ops KB9VRW & KC9OCD

Myself, Scott and Rusty (KC9OCD) will be operating portable from the
Richmond Area.  Initial plans are to operate in the parking lot of the
Richmond Police Dept, but we may move to the Public Works building on the
northside of town.  We will be monitoring 147.420.
