[ILQSO] WX9JC/p plans

Ok.  We have officially made plans.  WX9JC will operate a portable station
from Tazewell/Mason/Logan.  While Tazewell is fairly well covered, Mason and
Logan are not (only mobiles passing thru and CW only).

We will be on SSB only, and will also be monitoring 146.550 simplex for 2
meters.

The operators this year will consist of a few hams from the City of Peoria
Emergency Communications Response Team, and we will be using our incident
command trailer that was recently built - so this is also going to serve as
a sort of drill/practice event for us.

Looking forward to working all of you who will be on SSB. Seems like there
are an abundance of CW-only stations this year.

You can still run those counties if you want, I am sure W9TY wouldn't 
mind working them himself!
