[ILQSO] hints for finding mobiles and being found

As a mobile, try to land near the same frequency each time you go to a
band.  E.g., jump to 3547, 7047, 14047 or something. I hope the band is
so full of mobiles that this won't always be possible!  However, the
smart fixed stations are going to make a note of where you "normally"
hang out and will check for you near there.  They will also have a list
of who is going to run what counties and in what order so as not to miss
you in those counties you will be in only briefly.
