[ILQSO] Activity in Vermilion County

ILQP was discussed at our monthly club meeting of the Vermilion County
ARA and it looks like we should have a few folks at the club house
operating. Hopefully this will be both CW and SSB depending on
operator schedule.

We will operate under the club call of W9MJL. If there is enough
participation we might setup a second station under an individuals
call since there isn't a multi category.
