[ILQSO] IL QSO Party Activity

I noticed that there was a question mark on the Station List as to my mode of operation.  
 
I plan on working the QSO Party as a fixed station on CW only.  While that could change, CW will be the main mode for the majority of time that I'm on.
 
Will start out on 20 meters and then shift to 40/80 as propagation/QSO rate dictates.
