[ILQSO] WX9JC/p plans

Still not 100% sure now.  I'm hoping to find out for sure tomorrow.
If I do go rover, it won't be with those eastern counties I mentioned
earlier, as W9TY jumped in there "officially" after I threw my feeler
out there.  Guess next time I will have to just claim something up
front without pondering first :-).

Will post again soon with more definitive plans...
