[ILQSO] Possible K9IUA/rover/QRP operation

I haven't decided yet if I will operate, but if I do, it will be my usual QRP rover operation from four or five counties.  Likely counties include Winnebago, Ogle, Carroll, Stephenson, and Jo Daviess for about an hour each.  If it ends up being four counties only, I will drop Winnebago at the beginning.  Operation will be CW, with possibly a shout or two on SSB.  20 and 40 meters (and 15 if it open; no 80 meters).
