Glad you liked it!  Yes, it's good stuff.  We're a bit partial to it
since the milk used to make it is from Jersey cows, which is the breed
we milked for 32 years (in a previous life).

The Illinois edibles arrived today - thank you  to N9JF and the IQP
crew!  

FYI, it was Bacon Garlic Cheddar cheese  from the Ropp Jersey Cheese
shop.  
Good spicy stuff . If I make a few more  qsos next year might I qualify
for the 
Bacon Garlic Horseradish  Cheddar?

At least it wasn't an Illinois edible from a somewhat larger  place up
in Oak
