[ILQSO] Planned Activity -- Hardin County

My wife (Pam, KC9JMA) & I will combine a planned camping trip with operation
from one of the more rare IL counties.  The date of the ILQP falls smack dab
in the middle of the time frame we were thinking of for a trip to
Cave-In-Rock State Park in Hardin County.  So, we will be set up in the
campground in the park, & will try to get a campsite on top of the bluff.  

 

I will be operating SSB only.  Rig will be a Yaesu FT-847 w/LDG AT-100Pro
antenna tuner into Hamstick-type antennas in a rotatable dipole
configuration on a 21-ft telescoping mast.  I have antennas for 75m, 40m, &
20m.  I will also have available a home-brew center-loaded vertical for
40m-6m, but I may not set it up.
