[ILQSO] W9YS will activate JODA and STEP county line portable both modes

I will again clean the corrosion off of the hygain and make some qso's from
west of Loran on the county line of JoDaviess and Stephenson co's until
dusk. Mainly 40M but will check other bands.  Then I will go home (STEP) and
work the last couple hours probably on 75/80 cw &SSB.
