[ILQSO] (was HELP!) NOW CT and ILQP

Does CT have a template for the ILQP (anyone on the
list who is using CT)? I used Genlog by W3KM and it
handled the ILQP ok, but having used NA for 7 or 8
years now, CT would probably be easier to use for me.
Genlog doesn't do the best job of entering
multipliers. If you use the wrong abbreviation, it
will take it, but not count it towards the counties
worked multiplier, which can get confusing.
