[ILQSO] LoTW error

I uploaded my ILQP log to LoTW yesterday.   I had set a location to show
DOUGLAS county IL since you can only select one county and that's the best
choice for where we physically were.    

When looking at the details of a QSL match, I noticed that I inadvertently
selected the wrong location when selecting the location.   I have just
corrected that and re-uploaded the log.    If you downloaded the
confirmations over the last day or two, and the state/county info is
important to you I wanted to let you know of my error, and that it has been
corrected.
