I'm another one getting this invite...

In my case, my e-Mail preferences are set to "NO" for the invites and direct adds for all my addresses. Yet, I got the invites. Joined the first time some time ago... spam stopped... left the group after deciding I had no interest and get enough group emails as it is... now the invites are showing up again.

I suggest you check your Yahoo group E-mail preference on http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs 
If you selected "Yes" to allow invitations, edit your preferences to "No". 

If, however, you are not a subscriber to any Yahoo groups, or your E-mail address (you can have several) is 
already set to "No", it's time to take more drastic actions.
