[ILQSO] antennas for ILQP

Hi Paul,

I would guess for in-state QSOs a vertical would have
too low of a take off angle, but I can't verify that
emprically.  I dipole very low to the ground should
give you a straight up and down take off angle, good
for in-state coverage.  The lower it is, the less
noise it should pick up also.
