[ILQSO] Did anyone work???

I worked KE7NCO in Nevada on 20 meters SSB at 18:54. The signal was 
only 55, but he hung in there and got it done. I didn't come close to 
WAS. On 20 I worked NV, GA, AK, MT, ME, & CO.
