[ILQSO] Question about spotting

If I monitor dxc.w9zrx.net on telnet, do I get the spots which also 
appear on the W6RX county hunters web site and vice versa?

I knew about W9ZRX from way back in the packet radio daze, so looked him

on and connected via telnet to him.  i.e. is W6RX connected to the world

wide DX cluster network with a county filter or does W6RX send out info 
to the other packet DX clusters?
