[ILQSO] 20 meters

I went to 20 meters from each of the first 3 or 4
counties I was in and made ZERO contacts.  After that
I often skipped 20 meters and even began making 80
meter contacts before I made my first 20 meter
contact.  I made a total of 4 contacts on 20 meters,
with the first one being in the 11th county I ran
after 2100Z.  I just didn't hears any one working or
being worked there(CW).
