[ILQSO] 20 meters- a further analysis

I work 20 early in the test just because 40 CW doesn't keep me busy in
most counties (as a mobile) and because 20 CW is SOOOOO much more
productive than any band on SSB....

No slight intended to SSB!!!  :)

The 4 Illinois stations I worked this year were all
loud, so the propagation was there, the activity just
wasn't.  Are most of the Illinois stations on 20 early
in the contest to work the DX for the multipliers?
