[ILQSO] 20 meters- a further analysis

The year I operated /P from deep southern IL, (1999??) I worked stations
all over IL and IN on 20, 15 and 10 meters!  Bring on da spots!

This mirrors the drop  in sunspots.  Every so often, 20 will open
in-state, 
therefore attracting  more IL stations.
