[ILQSO] K9LY/m report

I will have to agree that the RTTY on 40 was causing
problems at time. Fortunately most of the ILQP
stations just moved up around 7.060 (where RTTY should
be). I like RTTY (although I don't have a soundcard
interface right now) but doesn't it seem like there is
some sort of RTTY contest EVERY WEEKEND now?
