[ILQSO] K9IUA/rover QRP

Tried my usual QRP rover (stationary mobile) op with poor
results.  Activated WBGO, STEP (first visit), OGLE, CARR, STEP
(2nd visit), and JODA.  Called CQ only, as within state S&P
quickly proved fruitless.  Even called on 15 meters.  Netted 41
Qs only (23 mults), all out of state, with 23 contacts on 20m CW
and 18 contacts on 40m CW.  Tried calling CQ SSB on 20m, but no
luck.  I wasn't set up to go any lower than 40m, so I missed all
the 80m activity you guys had.  Log has already been mailed to
N9JF.  Rig was the T-T Scout turned down to 5 watts, with
hamstick antennas.

Thanks to the out-of-state folks who answered my call.

At least it was a beautiful day to be out in the country.
