[ILQSO] 20 meters

So where was all of the 20 meter activity?  For the
second year in a row there was very little activity on
20m.  From 2001-2005 I could count of spending the
first 2 1/2 to 3 hours of the contest on 20 running at
a good contest rate.  Today I was on 40 during the
first hour of the contest.  If 40 hadn't been long
from the start, this contest would have been a bust. 
I did get enough counties for food!
