Aw, I really like phone guys, Hank.
They taste like...no wait, that's cats....
3890 and down.
I've been without e-mail for 36 hours. Otherwise I would have replied
sooner, though with tongue still in cheek.
Hope to work you several times tomorrow, maybe even on phone!!
73, Jim N9JF

Subject: [ILQSO] Please, please please 75 SSB freq?
Is there absitively NO recommendation for phone frequencies for the
ILQP?
Every other state QSO party in which I've participated has had
recommended
frequencies.
This chatter denigrating phone operation and phone operators doesn't
look
very good to anyone, especially a non-Illinois operator who has driven
300+
miles to participate as well as he can - and has yet to receive a
definitive
recommendation for a starting 75 metre phone frequency.
That's my opinion, and I'm sticking with it.

operation tomorrow.)
