ILQP rules allow spotting assistance (packet/Internet) for all entries.
If you find a mobile station calling CQ, PLEASE spot us! Rather than
irritate the DX Cluster users, I suggest going to http://ch.w6rk.com/
and spot the mobiles there. It's pretty easy to use and cross-posts to
at least one other Internet site that a lot of the county-hunters watch.
You can set the spots to show from 1 to 1000 postings, but it will
update more slowly as you ask for a larger listing.

Sooner or later, someone is going to work all 102 counties in this
thing....

I did see a lot of RTTY activity on 20 meters last night, but I never
tuned below 14.070. I did not check 40 at all, but I am sure it will be
bedlam. I say pick a frequency that works for you and go with it. The
suggested frequencies are just that, a suggestion. It makes a lot of
sense to me to go where you have to to be able to make QSO's. On CW, the
generals can work down to .025, so I would think anywhere above there
should be fine. I also imagine a large percentage of the CW operators
are Extra and won't care where they find you.

I took the mobile out for a shakedown spin this afternoon and there was
RTTY right in the best part of the General Coverage CW bands .... 030 to
050 (why these guys can't run RTTY above 060 is a mystery)

Anyway, the JARTS RTTY contest is supposed to continue thru 2359 Z
Sunday night, so you may find ILQP CW stations elsewhere (myself, I am
thinking about roosting just above the RTTY guys)

it would be nice if they'd do a QRL? in CW before firing up, but I
expect we'll get stepped on again... If there's RTTY QRM you might look
elsewhere for ILQP CW stations....
