Heavens, no, we won't "invalidate" anything. The more, the merrier. If
you can operate each transmitter under a different callsign, however,
you can enter as multiple fixed station entries. Make it hard for
anyone to miss McHenry! :)

Subject: [ILQSO] K9ESV McHenry Co- Update

After talking about the ILQSO party a bit, and realizing we would likely

have a number of folks sitting
around watching someone use the radio, we have decided to update our
entry class to Multi-Multi!
Whats that, you say? No MM in ILQSO? Good heavens, time to change the
rules!
Seriously, since many of our members are relatively new hams, with
little to no HF experience, we decided
to just have fun and not worry about the score. Our log will be
submitted as a checklog, but not entered in
any "Official" category!
We feel this will offer our participants the greatest opportunity to get

on the air without offending any of the
"oldtimers" who also want to play- they have been notified that they can

do all of that "Charlie Whiskey"
stuff they want, without us Novices jabbing them in the side!

I'm heading up north for the evening, so if the "Officials" have any
problem with this- mainly, invalidating
contacts made with us, please call me!

Otherwise, we'll be on the air 80-2m, SSB & CW

Have fun, drive safe, and chat with y'all tomorrow!

Wendell Smith N9REP
