[ILQSO] multi multi

I am sure if there is a true need, we can accommodate it in the future.
So far, I don't think anyone has ever asked for a m/m class.

I think that the Wisconsin QSO Party has had multi multi as long as I
have
participated. It usually has several entries. I think that the ILQP is
missing the boat here.

Since I live in Wi and travel to IL for the contest that is just my
opinion.
