[ILQSO] mobiles

I think the WIARC will come up with a special award for the first
station anywhere to work all 102 counties during any one ILQP. I can't
remember right off the top of my head, but I don't think anyone has
worked more than 80 yet, so it is going to be tough, but I am sure you
are as capable as anyone Ralph.

Good Luck!

Folks,

I had the shack torn up for months due to remodelling, and am now
operational for the IQP. I missed it last year due to a dxpedition, so
I reviewed the previous logs. It's vital to get on 40 and pass out your
county multipliers. From here I can only work a few mobiles on 20.
It's time for someone to work all the counties in the state and I
volunteer!
