Hi Don,
	Not too hard to do.  He will have to keep a separate log for his
Missouri contacts, pretty much the same any counties he operates from
once he gets into Illinois. He will probably want to make sure everyone
knows he is mobile, so they won't argue with him about being a dupe once
he changes states and counties. Each state and county he operates from
will be scored separately and those scores all totaled for his total
score. Every time he changes states or counties, he gets to work
everyone over again as new QSO's but only gets to count a multiplier the
fist time he works it, regardless of where he is.

KA9ETP asked how to score the following operation. He will be traveling
through Missouri at the start of the IL QSO Party and would like to
operate a few contacts as an out-of-state mobile. A few hours in he will
cross over into Illinois and start activating counties on his journey
home. Can he do this?
